    A Joyful Little Life is three months of focused exploration and growth, setting the foundation for a life aligned with your deepest values and aspirations.

    You’ll emerge from these three months with clarity, purpose, and a toolkit for focusing on nervous system resiliency.

  • 1:1 Coaching

    These organic coaching sessions are for YOU and what you need. We build nervous system resiliency through somatic coaching while addressing any areas of your life you want to focus on.

    This relationship can begin with 3, 6, or 12 month commitments depending on what serves you best and often extends for years.

    A Year for YOU. This program is designed to support you through a full cycle of seasons, allowing for deep, sustainable transformation.
