As a Resiliency and Nature Coach, Board-Certified Nurse Coach, and RN, I've witnessed the profound shifts that can occur when people make time to prioritize themselves as much as they prioritize everything else in their life. 

Building resilience in our nervous systems is a process that can beautifully unfold with resources and support.

Your path is your own, and in a coaching and facilitating role I walk beside you to support your resilience, your vision, your deep truth, and your highest self.
